Hi, I’m Emma McAdam
I’m a licensed marriage and family therapist, and I love helping people transform their lives. Understanding mental health can be confusing and stressful, but there’s hope! Your brain is wired to change, and deep healing is possible. My mission is to guide you through this process. Through YouTube videos and online courses, I make mental health skills accessible. Therapy in a Nutshell focuses on small, simple steps leading to significant change and growth. I help people not just feel better, but get better at feeling. With over 16 years of experience, I hold a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Utah State University and am licensed in Utah. My diverse background includes juvenile corrections, wilderness therapy, residential treatment, and outpatient therapy.
