I am a licensed marriage and family therapist with 15 years of experience helping people make positive changes in their lives. I am also a Certified Eating Disorder Specialist and Supervisor, having worked in the eating disorder field since 2006. I believe that all people have two things in common: 1) struggles and weakness, and 2) potential for positive change that leads to wholeness in body, mind, spirit, and relationships. I take a non-judgmental and compassionate approach to helping you because I understand that everyone struggles and that seeking help is a courageous choice.
